Was founded in December 1917 by Setsuzo Tsubakimoto, and incorporated in January 1941 with headquarters located in Osaka Japan.
Tsubaki consists of three major operations with one key group company: Automotive Parts operations, Chain operations, Material Handling operations and Tsubaki E & M.
*Automotive Parts Operations produce components for timing drive systems.
*Chain operations produce industrial drive chains and plastic chains.
*Material Handling operations produce factory automation systems and product distribution systems.
*Tsubaki E & M produces power transmission units and components.

Parts Division provides timing chain drive systems for automobile engines and transmission components for powertrains to manufacturers (OEM’s) around the world.
Automotive Parts Division started operation from 1958. The first production was roller chain. Since that time, Tsubakimoto already has more than 50 years of History as timing chain systems supplier.

Was stablished in October 2013 in Silao Guanajuato, in Parque Industrial Santa Fe II.
This company is The Tsubakimoto’s seventh production center for automotive engine timing chain drive systems joining to plants in Japan, USA, UK, Thailand, China and South Korea.
TAM launch mass production at the first quarter of 2014, starting with their own facilities production in sequence
December, 2015: TAM is certified according to ISO9001:2008 and ISO/TS16949:2009.
February, 2016: TAM is certified according to ISO14001:2004.
